MIK3 SA was founded in November 1997 in Thessaloniki, by Kostas Kefalas, Giannis Sifakis and Christos Kefalas with the object of providing reliable IT solutions based on new technologies.
With its establishment, it was supported by executives with many years of experience in Applied Information Technology and Business Administration and was recognized by IBM as a Business Partner.
MIK3 SA has well-trained human resources with extensive experience and know-how in the research, design and implementation of IT systems. Using state-of-the-art technology designs and develops software products that meet the needs of businesses and organizations.

Konstantinos Kefalas

President & Managing Director

He was born in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Higher School of Electronics, the School of Aviation Telecommunications and the Polytechnic School of AUTh. From 1976 to 1997 he worked at IBM as an Engineer H / W & System S / W and as a Sales Manager in Northern Greece. During his tenure at IBM he had many distinctions and awards. He was the President of the Panhellenic Employees’ Association of IBM. From 1997 until today he is the President and CEO of the company. She was a member of the TEE, the Commander of the EED of EEDE, a member of the Board of SEPVE and is a member of the Board of “Technopolis Thessaloniki SA”.

Nikolaos Konstantinou

General and Commercial Management

He was born in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a degree in Electrical Engineering. In 1988 he obtained a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering (M.Sc.) from the University of Surrey, England. In 1998 he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Hellenic Society of Business Administration (EEDE). From 1992 to 2014 he worked at MEVGAL SA in managerial positions such as Information Systems Manager, Operations Manager and Factory and Operations Manager. From June 2017 he took over the General Management of MIK3. He is a member of the TEE.

Ioannis Lappas

Research & Development Management

He was born in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the University of Macedonia with a degree in Applied Informatics. In 2000 he obtained a Master in Computer Science from the University of Georgia in the USA. From 1996 to 1998 he participated in the Multimedia Laboratory Team of the University of Macedonia. From 2003 until today he works in the company. In 2006 he took over the department of Software Research and Development. He is a member of the TEE and a member of the Board. of the company.
